Outline:

     In the event of power failure in a power plant or transformer substation, batteries are there to provide backup power. However, the battery capacity can drop significantly long before its calculated life expectancy is reached, and the battery can have weak cells that can cause costly service interruptions. Regular capacity and impedance testing is essential for predictive maintenance and protection of assets, and it need not be time-consuming or expensive.
Battery discharge testing is the only way to get an accurate value on the actual capacity of the battery. It can be used for tracking the battery's health and actual capacity and estimate remaining life of the battery.
     In the discharge process, it carries on rated constant-current discharge (this value is corresponding with capacity, specifically refer to industry standards), and real-time measurement for each single battery's voltage. If the voltage of any one battery is lower than the rated value, it stops discharging. The capacity has been released is the actual capacity of battery pack, which can judge the storage battery performance.It widely used for the capacity testing of large, industrial battery banks commonly found in electrical power sub-stations, telecom facilities and computer data center UPS systems.


Characteristic:
    Adopt high efficiency, pure resistance load and linear current stabilization
    mode. High precision and fast speed of current stabilization, with current stabilization at the start of discharging, no impact, no ripple, environmental and no smell;Discharge current, discharge time and lower limit of discharge voltage protection are set freely. With rated constant-current discharge in the whole discharging process, no change;Automatic stop function: 1)the discharge time reaches the set value; the terminal voltage of battery pack is lower than the set value; the single cell voltage is lower than the set value (working with the wireless battery tester, which can automatically control the discharge start-up and stop); remote control the discharge start-up or stop; can manually quit discharging at any time;The parallel operation can satisfy the requirement of larger discharge current;Working with the wireless battery tester, it can automatically collect voltage of all the single cells in real time while discharging. When the voltage of any one battery is below the set value, it will terminate discharging automatically. Thus full-automation of the whole discharge process is perfectly realized;With "breakpoint to continue" function under "pause", "power off" other special circumstances;With many self-protection functions: reverse connection, wrong connection, under voltage, over voltage, undercurrent, over current, over temperature, fault of heat dissipation fan, etc;Use LCD display in English, menu type operation interface, display each data in real time, easy to operate;With a USB data communication port, the discharge data can be directly exported by U disk;Built-in large capacity FLASH memory, automatically save discharge data in real time, no lose when power down;Adopt dual power supply mode. The working power supply of the device is provided by the tested storage battery, without external power supply;Humanized design, operation, using and wiring are extremely simple and convenient! With the use of wireless storage battery inspection instrument, it only needs three wires, there are only three connections: discharge wire between the discharge instrument and battery pack (the positive and negative is one respectively), communication line between the discharge instrument and the wireless battery inspection instrument (one line);The instrument is small, light, and can be carried by one person;The instrument is equipped with simple and practical background analysis software, which can perform data check and analysis, report printing, automatically generate curves, histogram, data tables, etc. Excel format file can be exported, which is convenient for data processing and reporting.
